Adrian Bucica is passionate about offshore wind and strategy with the aim to support sustainable growth with the right strategic choices. Adrian brings 22+ years of professional experience, currently as Senior Advisor with Green Ducklings (offshore wind focused management consultancy, working with developers, suppliers / contractors, governments, and investors to accelerate offshore wind build out). Previous experience as Head of Strategy for Siemens Gamesa Offshore Wind Business Unit, 10 years as core member of the energy practice of the leading strategy consultancy Kearney, and other roles in strategy consultancy and finance.
