His work includes groundbreaking projects such as Empire Wind, Beacon Wind, and Gulf Landing (LNG); precedent-setting litigation such as the first major case testing the modern offshore wind leasing program; major transactions like the Equinor – bp joint venture; and major incidents such as the Gulf Oil Spill.
