Jennifer Flood

Head of Permitting
Ocean Winds North America

Jennifer Flood is the Head of Permitting for Ocean Winds North America. Over the last five years, she has been leading the federal and state permitting efforts for SouthCoast Wind, a 2,400 MW offshore wind project under development off the coast of New England. She also oversees the permitting for OW’s other US offshore wind projects, including Bluepoint Wind off the coast of New York and New Jersey, and Golden State Wind off the central coast of California. Prior to working on the developer side of the industry, Jennifer worked for multiple environmental consultants supporting the permitting of renewable and conventional energy projects with a focus on the National Environmental Policy Act process. Jennifer is passionate about offshore wind’s ability to contribute to the fight against climate change. She is proud to work with Ocean Winds to develop offshore wind projects in the US that support this mission while respecting and promoting co-existence among all ocean users.
