Jean serves as one of ICF’s senior historic preservation planners sitting in the east coast region. Jean’s technical ability includes her experience managing complex projects through Section 106 compliance and building trusting relationships with interested parties. She is the Section 106 Lead and Project Manager for the Empire Wind offshore project and provides technical support for the Atlantic Shores North EIS, New York Bight Programmatic EIS, and California Programmatic EIS projects.
