Gordon Perkins, GISP, is an Associate and Visualization Practice Leader at EDR. Gordon has more than 20 years of professional experience and is one of the leading expert consultants in visualization and visual impact assessment in the United States. He has managed and/or served as a lead technical specialist on Seascape & Landscape Visual Impact Assessments (SLVIAs) for multiple offshore wind projects reviewed by BOEM, as well as for onshore wind, solar, and transmission facilities reviewed under applicable federal and state permitting laws and regulations.
