Michelle Sandmann, MS (she/her/hers)

Regulatory Specialist
HDR

Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree in marine biology and a Master's Degree in marine science, with a focus in marine mammal ecology. Michelle has worked in the offshore wind industry for 5 years including regulatory/environmental support of Construction and Operation Plan development, National Marine Fisheries Service Incidental Take Authorization permitting, other state and federal permitting, and construction compliance. She most recently led the development of the construction compliance training program for a commercial scale offshore wind project.
