Ms. Miró is an environmental scientist at Mott MacDonald specializing in environmental regulations and permitting throughout the U.S.. After obtaining her B.S. in Marine Biology, Ms. Miró worked on projects conducting high-resolution geophysical mapping and environmental surveys along the East Coast, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean. For the past five years, Ms. Miró has worked with the Mott MacDonald Team on small and large infrastructure projects within the fields of renewable energy, transportation, coastal development, and water/wastewater. Due to her diverse background, Ms. Miró is skilled in navigating the challenges of infrastructure design within sensitive environments and has successfully helped projects achieve their goals by providing regulatory consultation, permitting guidance, and design solutions to support infrastructure improvements with nature-based solutions.
