Dr. Tayebeh TajalliBakhsh brings over 15 years of experience to her role as a Principal Consultant in Ocean Engineering at ERM. Before joining ERM, she was a Team Lead at RPS Ocean Science, where she led teams of scientists and engineers in metocean studies, environmental vulnerability assessments (EVAs) for offshore designs, and operational forecasting projects. Dr. TajalliBakhsh has served as the principal investigator on several BOEM projects and has executed various projects assessing geohazard impacts on floating wind farms and the effects of offshore wind developments on hydrodynamic circulations.
Her expertise spans a broad range of numerical modeling, including hydrodynamics, tsunami and storm surge simulations, coastal hazards, and climate resilience. In addition to her consultancy work, she has shared her knowledge through teaching short courses at Brown University and serving as a panelist at MIT SeaGrant.
