Senior Project Manager - Offshore Wind

Stacey is a Senior Project Manager at Stantec in our Offshore Wind group. She brings ingenuity and dynamic leadership from decades in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, engineering, and consulting across industrial, military, government, and academic facilities. Based in Rhode Island, she provides insightful project management and environmental engineering, contributes environmental permitting and compliance experience, and applies the needed expertise to deliver high quality, environmentally sustainable projects, particularly in the offshore wind industry. She was instrumental in developing a site assessment plan (SAP), construction and operations plan (COP), and survey plans for a large-scale offshore wind development project and managing the successful submittal and approval by applicable regulatory agencies.
